Bought 15 of these 5000mah , and they all not magnetic as advertised. Tested on my iPhone XR, and asked my colleagues to test on their iPhones too; iPhone XR, iPhone 11, iPhone 13 and iPhone 14, it charges but the magnet on the battery pack does not stick to the back of the phone as advertised or as it should. I even sent them videos . The sales lady told me that I must pay extra so that they make the magnet strong but I refused.
the shipping costed double the price of the products combined . I received the product refund but the shipping is not refunded.
